Suede leather and velour leather


A term used for the manufacture of fine suede leather.Including a suede leather on the front of part or all of the grain surface and a suede leather on the meat surface.It is mainly made of pigskin, cowhide and sheepskin by chrome tanning. The suede is only made by grinding and dyeing without any coating.The general quality requirement is fine and uniform fluff, no color drop, good waterproof, no greasy feeling.Used for making vamp, dress and gloves etc.

Suede refers to the surface of the leather show the appearance of the leather side (growth of the hair or scale of the side) made by grinding leather known as normal.Made by grinding leather on the reverse side (meat surface), it is called reverse velvet.Made from two layers of leather, it is called two layers of suede.Because suede leather does not have coating layer, its permeability is good, softness is improved, but its waterproof, dustproof and maintenance become worse, and the firmness of normal suede leather without grain surface becomes lower.The finished product of suede leather is comfortable to wear and has good hygiene performance.Mainly used for: leather shoes, leather clothing, leather bags, gloves.
